THE ART OF LETTING GO

WITH YOGA | MUSIC & CONSCIOUS BREATHING

“Between the yoga practice, the music, and the breath work, I am extremely grounded and relaxed.  I have never experienced a breath work session like this, and it was truly transformational. I’m feeling grateful for this journey of the soul!'“ - Fran L.

THE ART OF LETTING GO

WITH YOGA, MUSIC & CONSCIOUS BREATHING

The Art of Letting Go and Being With Flow

Give yourself the gift of a full energetic cleanse and reset.

We begin with an all-levels yoga class to open up our bodies and create integrity and alignment in our physical, mental and emotional bodies.

This is followed by guided breath-work. Manny leads you on an energetic and meditative journey towards an altered mind state, inviting the opportunity to create an opening for releasing old patterns of stuck energy and emotions that no longer serve us. We work with a partner to be fully supported in your journey.

Alise has composed music especially for this type of work to energetically carry us into higher vibrational realms.

TESTIMONIALS

I thought I had worked on the pain of the past, so I had little expectation as to what would occur.. Yet within a short period of time my heart broke open and sadness of the loss of my husband poured out. I physically felt my heart breaking in two with a deep sense of loss. I wondered how I could ever recover from this sadness. But my partner who sat by my side was able to feel my loss. Her hand on my heart healed the crack, she mirrored my pain,we became almost one.

Despite 20 years of meditation I had trepidation about “jumping into the waters” but found myself back floating, curious and embracing this new breath work journey.

Manny’s words lingered in my mind, “when feelings and emotions come up during the process, just breathe through the experience, allow the flow”. Now more than ever I understand the true definition of breathwork. Feeling ones emotions, visualizing experiences in your mind’s eye, and simply being at one with yourself in its true form. For me, this was work.

As I listened to Alise’s soulfully crafted music (designed just for the purpose of this retreat) it allowed me to rhythmically count 1, 2, 3, 4 (something I’ve done before during meditation) and after much breathing I was able to “get there”! Like the music bridged the gap between where I was and where the flow was asking me to go. In short, just the reset button I didn’t know I needed.
