Manuel Jose Muros (Manny)
I am a mystic, transformational guide, author, and yogi. Born in La Habana, Cuba, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening in my mid-thirties, which completely transformed my life.
My focus is on helping students recognize and feel their connection to Source as they navigate the challenges of being human. I guide them in balancing the polarity of being spirit in human form, teaching them how to be grounded in both realities so they can express their soul’s work in this lifetime.
My personal awakening in my mid-thirties gave me firsthand experience of non-physical reality and living life from this perspective. With 30 years as a full-time student and practitioner of yoga, meditation, and wisdom teachings, and 17 years as the owner and spiritual director of a Yoga & Meditation Center, I have nurtured and guided countless students on their transformational journeys.
I am the author of three books on human development and our divine nature: "The Other Side of Me," "The Mind Overlay," and "The Oneness Within." I also created the integrated curriculum of "The Mind Overlay Spiritual Development Program," which blends wisdom teachings from various traditions with my own direct experiences.
My background in science (pharmacology) and business (MBA), along with my real-life experiences of success and challenges prior to shifting to a spiritual life, serve as a solid foundation for my work.

Alise Ashby
I am a British pianist, composer, and songwriter. My catalog spans the genres of cinematic, jazz, new age/ambient, and meditative instrumentals, as well as harmonically intelligent and infectious pop ballads, and tender, warm heart-centered love songs.
My multi-instrumental work has been featured in commercials and films, including at The Cannes Film Festival and on Sirius XM.
I am the creator of "The Inside Music Program," an incremental path of learning through improvisation. This creative platform guides students to listen, feel, and express freely by letting go of limitations in thoughts and beliefs, allowing them to blossom into their full potential through music and in life.
I have been on my own lifelong journey of transformation through music and self-exploration. When Manny and I came together, a great synergy unfolded, blending our soul's work. In addition to co-hosting with Manny, my music serves as the soundtrack to his meditations, workshops, and spiritual retreats.

Barcelona International Airport (BCN)

Arrive into Barcelona International Airport (BCN) on Sunday, May 3rd, 2025 before 10am if possible. Being an hours drive from Barcelona, we would like everyone at the Masia by 1:30. There will be a shuttle picking up at the airport, as well as Barcelona city, for those of you who may choose to arrive earlier to enjoy exploring and acclimating to the time change.
We will depart the Masia on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 at 11am. A shuttle will take you to the airport or Barcelona city, if you decide to extend your trip.
